Lookbook: Leather and Tiger

August 31, 2011

One of the Fall trends has been leopard prints. Everybody has been wearing leopard this and that, I decided to give tiger print a chance in this tiger print blouse. Tigger (Winnie’s friend) would be proud :) You like?

I have been on the hunt for a Fall leather A-line pleat skirt, the prices I was seeing for these really fizzled my interest. I found the one I am wearing from Forever 21. It is faux leather but it will do for this season. My only problem with this skirt is the wrinkles. It clearly states on the label not to iron it. So, how do I remove the wrinkles!? I think I am going to do the old boarding school way and lay it under my mattress.

What I am Wearing:
Skirt: Forever 21, Blouse: D&G, Shoes: Rebecca Minkoff
Bag: Celine Mini Luggage Tote, Sunglasses: Tom Ford (As seen here)
Ring and Cuff: Forever 21

  2. I think you wore this outfit extremely well and I hate to tell you this but….if you do put this skirt underneath your mattress you will create more wrinkles. Even if you did get a real leather skirt it will wrinkle because it’s hide that stretches. I have a leather skirt and pants, brand new never worn because I am afraid to create butt and knee bumps…yeah I am sort of type A with my clothes… Just enjoy the skirt for what it is, and ironing will melt it…tragic!

  3. Beautiful look and I like the way how all works together perfectly! They just opened Forever21 store in London and I’m hoping to go and buy few things that I’ve seen on the web.
About the wrinkles on your skirt-yes I would do probably this same:)
